Before you order
How do payments work?
After you approve the quote we invoice a 50% deposit via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer (100% for orders under $100). The balance is due on approval of the final, before file delivery.
Do I get commercial rights?
Yes. Every delivery includes full commercial usage rights for the purpose you brief us on. We only ask to show the work in our portfolio, which you can opt out of.
What if I need it faster?
Rush delivery is available on most services for a surcharge, typically 30–50% depending on how much the timeline shrinks. Mention your deadline in the brief and we'll quote both options.
What counts as a revision?
A revision round is a batch of changes you send at once at either the sketch or final stage. Small tweaks like colour swaps don't count. Changing the concept after sketch approval is quoted separately.
